Intimation Process

Customer/Claimant can contact through any of the following for intimation of to file a Death Claim
  • Toll free number 1800-419-4194 (Mon-Sat 9.30AM – 6.30PM)
  • Send a written request via email at helpdesk@maxvijay.com
  • Contact the Corporate Agent
  • Send a letter, intimating about death along with Service Request Form at the following address:
    Max Vijay Customer Services Support Centre,
    9th & 11th Floor, Tower B, DLF Cyber Green, DLF Cyber City,
    DLF Phase III, Sector 25A, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122 002
Claim Processing
  • If request is through a call or a letter, Customer Service team will request customer/claimant to send the Service Request Form along with the supporting documents.
  • The customer/claimant can obtain the Service Request Form from the Corporate Agent; or Customer Service team can send the form by courier directly to the customer/claimant.
  • Death Claim documents required as per following grid: -

  • Customer/Claimant will send all the required documents along with the Service Request Form to Max Vijay address for claim processing.
  • Claims Team will investigate the claim and subsequently approve or repudiate the claim.
Settlement Process
  • If claim is approved, refund payment will be made to the customer/claimant through the following: -
    • On Par Cheque
  • Customer service team will send the Claim Settlement letter along with the payment advice to the customer/claimant.
  • The TAT for the settling the death claim will be 7 business days from the date of last document received.
